    I just purchased the AP200 to diagnose some issues with my 2006 Nissan X-Trail.
    I have successfully connected it and scanned it, however the diagnostics won't work.

    Error message is :

    Vehicle software data is abnormal. Please download again (2)

    I have:
    - deleted the software and re-downloaded.
    - upgraded the firmware
    - cleared cache and data

    All with no success.  Can anyone help?

    I just noticed the expiry date for the software is 2120/10/17.
    Wonder if that is the issue.

     Expiry date is normal. Have you tried using the dongle on another Nissan vehicle?
